Danni received multiple offers on this property and Jack was consistent in follow up calls and providing any paperwork or information needed to insure that if Danni's seller picked his buyer, it would be a smooth and fast transaction. The seller did in fact choose Jack's buyer, and it was, in fact, a smooth and effortless sale.
Both Danni's and Jack's business started to pick up and they kept in touch sharing market predictions and discussing various real estate news and updates. At this point, they had done 3 deals together. They knew how well they worked with one another and that each of their own weaknesses was the other one's strength. They quickly realized that the value they could offer clients would be endless and that their services to their clients would be unparalleled to other real estate professionals. They successfully worked together in separate brokerages for a year until Danni moved to First Team Real Estate where Jack currently held his license and they have been unstoppable since.
